Shabeel General Trading is planning to expand its operation to include distribution to stores nationwide. Owner funding and internally generated cash flow will enable most the expansion plan. Sales projections for the next three yearswill be based on next 6 month's sales success with the target customer base in WaqooyiGalbeed. Initial contacts have been completed with retail outlets throughout the region and the potential target markets have been identified.

The company’s target will be the general public, at a nation scale. However our main intention is commercially, and will make the product available through smaller outlets.

The location for Shabeel General Trading is central to the market of the residential district to the east and west. Shabeel General Trading also benefits from its second smaller storage located in the heart of smaller trading warehouses.

With a reputation for excellent customer service and wide product selection Shabeel General trading enjoys consistent sales from a loyal customer base.

Television and newspaper will be primary advertising however the product will also be tested by the public in busy malls and markets. Also leaflets will be given out nationwide which will let people know about the different product's we provide.
